In-Home Euthanasia
The Euthanasia Appointment includes: Initial phone consultation, Travel fee, Brief assessment of the pet’s condition upon arrival at your home, Initial sedation/relaxation medication, In-home euthanasia, and Notification to your primary veterinarian of your pet’s passing.

After Care Services
Individual Private Cremation
Individual private cremation allows those families that wish to have their pet’s ashes returned to them, to be cremated with our partner at Faithful Companion Pet Cremations Services. Throughout the process, your pet’s remains are treated respectfully and hand delivered to you in a beautiful wooden urn in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours.

If you choose to have your pet’s name engraved on the wooden urn, that can easily be done for an additional cost of $45.00 + tax
Communal Cremation
- Pets Under 30 lbs – $100
- Pets Over 30 lbs – $195
Additional Keepsakes
If you choose, you can also request to receive an individual clay paw print memento to memorialize your pet and the wonderful memories shared together, at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax.
Ink Print of the Paw or Nose may be done for an additional cost of $25.00 + tax.
Please be sure to notify us at the time of the appointment if you are interested in either of these additions. If there is a delay in notifying us of these additions, there is a chance we may not be able to provide these meaningful mementos for your family.
